Tier-IV Hosting Facility

We host client tools and applications at AT&T's Tier-IV hosting facility in Ashburn, VA, with a backup AT&T site in Atlanta, GA. The facility is SAS-70 audited, PCI-compliant, and monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with full network, hardware and power redundancy and backups. Physical security includes closed-circuit cameras and monitors, secure-card key access, biometrics scanner, man traps, and alarmed doors.

Security Provisions

Many of our applications incorporate confidential employee/user data. These applications are provided using SSL technology. User-specific authentication data is stored using one-way secure encryption. We consider security audits, vulnerability scanning, and intrusion detection and prevention critical components of our hosting solutions.  Archimedes’ hosting services have been externally audited and vetted by some of the most demanding financial services firms in the country, and we host only those applications that we build. We have the ability to link to our clients' authenticated web sites using their secure, single-signon processes that makes the process of linking to our tools virtually transparent to the end user.
