Directions:

Coming From Logan Airport (or Downtown Boston)

(about 14 miles from Logan; 30 minutes in light traffic)

• As you leave the airport follow the signs for the Ted Williams Tunnel/Boston. If you are in downtown Boston, you should follow signs to I-90/Mass Pike West.
• As you go through the Ted Williams Tunnel, follow the signs for I-90/Mass Pike West.
• Continue 9 miles on the Mass Pike to Exit 17 (Newton/Watertown). Bear right at the light at the end of the ramp, towards Watertown, onto Galen St.
• Continue 0.5 miles on Galen St. to Watertown Square (just across the Charles River bridge). Take a left at the 5-way light/intersection onto Main St. (US-20).
• Continue 1.5 miles on Main St., passing a large field on your left, and take a right at the light onto Warren St. (John Brewer's Tavern and Shell station straddle Warren St. on the corner).
• Continue 0.6 miles on Warren St., then take a left onto Beaver St.
• Continue 0.4 miles on Beaver St., then take a right at the light (just over the railroad tracks; a Shell station will be on your right) onto Waverley Oaks Road.
• Continue about 300 yards on Waverley Oaks Road to the green sign on your right for "307-309 Waverley Oaks Road", and take that right (directly before the Tile International building) into the office complex.
• 307 Waverley Oaks is the building directly ahead as you enter the complex. We are on the third floor, to your right as you exit the elevator. There is a cafe off the lobby, open 8am - 3pm serving coffee, snacks, breakfast and lunch.

Coming From I-90/Mass Pike - Points West

• Get off the Mass Pike at Exit 17 (Newton/Watertown), and follow the directions above from Exit 17.

Coming From North or South of Boston

(about 8 minutes from the I-95/Trapelo Road interchange in light traffic)

• From I-95/Route 128 South, take Exit 28 (Trapelo Road) in Waltham (1 mile south of the Route 2 Exit in Lexington). Take a left at the light at the end of the ramp onto Trapelo Road, heading East towards Belmont.
• From I-95/Route 128 North, take Exit 28A (Trapelo Road) in Waltham (5 miles north of I-95 & I-90/Mass Pike interchange).
• Continue East 3.6 miles on Trapelo Road to the stoplight at Waverley Oaks Road/Route 60. Take a right onto Waverley Oaks Road.
• Continue 0.6 miles on Waverley Oaks Road; you will pass Yolanda's Beauty Salon and then Tile International on your left. Just past Tile International, take a left at the entrance to the 307-309 office complex.
• 307 Waverley Oaks is the building directly ahead as you enter the complex. We are on the third floor, to your right as you exit the elevator. There is a cafe off the lobby, open 8am - 3pm serving coffee, snacks, breakfast and lunch.
