Archimedes Systems Announces New President

Waltham, MA – April 1, 2008 - Archimedes Systems is pleased to announce today the appointment of Warren Hadley as President of Archimedes Systems.  Mr. Hadley succeeds C. Martin Leinwand, who will continue to serve as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors and will remain full-time in an administrative position to provide for a smooth transition.

Mr. Hadley began his career in 1988 at Price Waterhouse and worked at MacDonald, Levine, Jenkins, PC from 1993 to 1996 as an Audit Manager. In 1996, he joined Forrester Research, Inc. (FORR) where he spent 10+ years in numerous positions, including CFO for five years.

Background On Warren Hadley

Warren Hadley has been a board member at Archimedes Systems since 1999 and provided consultant services to Archimedes in 2006 and 2007. Previously, he was at Forrester Research, Inc. from 1996 to 2006 holding numerous roles, including CFO from 2002 to 2006, Director of Finance from 1999 to 2002, and Corporate Controller from 1996 to 1999. In his positions at Forrester, Hadley managed the finance team, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, operations, taxes, audit, risk management, and budgeting and forecasting. He reported directly to the CEO and Chairman of the Board, and regularly presented to board of directors. Prior to joining Forrester, he served as a consultant and an audit manager for MacDonald, Levine, Jenkins, and as a staff accountant at Price Waterhouse. A CPA since 1994, he holds a B.A. in accounting and an M.S. in taxation, both from Bentley College.
