Archimedes Systems Launches CollegeSearch iPhone Application

Waltham, MA – August 11, 2010 - Archimedes Systems has announced the launch of a new iPhone application: CollegeSearch. The app allows users to search for and examine Archimedes’ extensive data on Title IV accredited U.S. colleges, including cost, SAT scores, enrollment, acceptance/yield rates, contact info, and links to maps, directions, and college web sites. CollegeSearch is now available on Apple's iTunes App Store and for a limited time is free.
According to Warren Hadley, President of Archimedes, “We’re developing mobile platform applications so that our clients can better penetrate this exploding market. We expect most financial services firms will be making financial planning tools available to users of mobile devices, such as the iPhone, iPad, and Android-platform phones, because research reveals that most of those users are the ideal target client.”
