Position Summary

The Account Executive, who will report to the Director of Sales, is responsible for generating leads, setting up in-person meetings, and bringing in new clients in all three of our business areas. This position will also include responsibility for drafting sales proposals and attaining quarterly quota goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and qualifying leads
  • Phone prospecting
  • Setting up appointments
  • Obtaining needs and business objectives
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals
  • Closing deals

Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years sales experience in comparable industries or proven sales/commercial success in client management or consultative selling to major companies (.e.g., Fortune 500 accounts)
  • Customer oriented with strong client-facing skills
  • Excellent administration skills, effective organization, and time management
  • Strong communications, follow through, and closure skills
  • Must be a team player, a fast learner, and at ease with technology
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Highly motivated, with a desire to be successful
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships with potential customers and channel partners
  • Detail oriented and organized

Software Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for a strong, independent “can-do” developer that thrives on a small yet fast-paced development team. Applicants will be responsible for developing and supporting various new and existing products and tools in our software environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, develop, deliver and support software
  • Review, analyze, and modify software including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
  • Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or higher
  • 5+ years experience in a business software development environment
  • Thorough PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Unix/Linux knowledge and experience is a *must*
  • Perl, Apache, XML, SSL/TLS (security protocols) development experience is a plus
  • Experience with web application testing platforms is a plus
  • Well versed in Object Oriented principles
  • Familiarity with system life-cycle methodologies
  • Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the National Sales Director and is responsible for the attainment of quarterly new business goals and building and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities also include collaboration with business unit directors, generating and developing leads, schedueling both on-line and on-site meetings, delivering demonstrations, attending industry related conferences and establishing new clients in all three of our business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Manage the whole sales process (from first contact, to proposal and contract)
  • Set-up prospect appointments to enable sales quotas to be achieved or exceeded
  • Understand and communicate the value proposition of Archimedes' solutions
  • Presenting to prospects which may include senior level audiences
  • Preparing/customizing sales proposals
  • Closing Business

Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A.
  • 7 to 10 years sales expperience in comparable industries or proven sales/commercial success in client management or consultative selling to major companies (e.g. Fortune 500 accounts).
